YOU MAY PREPAY BALANCE HERE, OR AT THE CELEBRATION...

Although we typically require advance payments of your event to ensure you're settled up, we all find ourselves in an unusual circumstance with COVID-19. We want to offer clarity of our policies and limitations before you find yourself moving ahead with your payment, given the remaining unknowns 2021 may provide.

A) Any payments received in advance will be applied to your event, but in the event it won't/can't happen, even by way of a mandate legally preventing it or municipal law enforcement ending it prematurely, we can NOT provide a refund, but we will transfer your balance to any available future date pending it's availability.

B) Should your event require postponement, we will transfer your balance to any available date. In this case, current rates will apply. In some cases, this may make you entitled to a lesser rate, but no reimbursement for the difference can be provided if already paid.

C) Because of the continued unknown circumstances, we will allow you to settle up on the night of the event (opposed to the initial two week due date) if desired. Please contact us to let us know that is your intention.
