For almost two decades, we’ve prided ourselves in centralizing all info for the events we work, to ensure we meet and exceed the vision of our couples, to further reinforce our strong, accoladed reputation. We equally understand how important it is to not frustrate yourselves by multiplying your efforts to explain, plan or otherwise organize something pertaining to your event.For these reasons, each wedding event includes and relies on an online planning worksheet system, which prepares all details in an organized fashion to ensure nothing is left to question and every last detail is covered. We understand this is no substitute for one-on-one communication, but once the worksheets are filled out, most of our couples feel confident enough to not have to contact us further…think of it as navigating a menu at a restaurant, or your tax software during tax season… simply trust in the process and don’t even sweat it.
Once we have everything compiled, we are happy to plan a zoom or phone meeting within 2 weeks of your event to ensure that everything has been solidified and finalized. At this time we’ll be happy to offer further guidance should any be required.
We strongly recommend that your worksheet ONLY be dedicated to you and your fiancé(e), and not a member of your wedding party, parent, or external wedding planner commandeered, who may impose their process over ours.

One of our favorite parts of this job is being able to share a slice of pizza or a drink with both our prospective and confirmed DJ and photography clients to discuss the matters at hand. Please share your availability with us so we can find a good time and place to intercept each other, allowing us to meet when it makes sense.If you’re a confirmed client for DJ or photography service, and should you feel the need to meet beforehand, we recommend meeting within a month of the event to ensure all of the event information is populated in your online planner, so that we’re not meeting on a “square-one” basis.
